I have complained about this system in the UK and apparently they get lots of complaints and pass them onto France. So complain to Virbac and they hopefully will change to a better system.

I found a tip that will definitely be beneficial. You began by holding the dog with his jaws closed with your non dominant hand, while making contact with the outside of the teeth. I think it will work well for me. I have been administering Sileo prn for noise induced anxiety and, with practice, I can place the medicine in the cheek while his teeth are clenched…the trick is to get it done quickly. Every moment of fumbling with it decreases the odds that the correct quantity will end up where it should, as opposed to it end up being licked up and swallowed and wasted. Please bring back the dental chews for cats? They are the ONLY treat that my cat likes and she thinks I'm being a bad cat mom because she can't have her favorite snack anymore.

There's a good dog. After nine years of brushing it still takes both my wife and I to brush our 12 pound dog's teeth. But it is definitely worth doing. She still has all of her teeth and all are in good condition.

We have been using this product for years, our German Shepherd mix who was prone to ear infections & now our Yellow Lab who had several ear infections before being treated for allergies. Since taking allergy meds & having his ears cleaned with this product on a regular basis, we have had no ear infections. HIGHLY recommended!!!
